This custom build private boathouse and dock is simply beautiful and a perfect location to spend the day reading, having a glass of wine or taking a nap.
The boathouse and dock is only accessible via the private arched bridge belonging to the property. The boat is stored out of the water and under the roof for maximum protection. The boathouse is equipped with an electric lift for motorboat and a separate custom built Davits hoist for a sailing boat or jet-ski. Dropping the boat into the water is very simple and takes only a minute. Venturing out onto the lake in a motorboat, sailboat, paddleboat or jet-ski is very relaxing and fun. The inner part of the dock has a secluded area that is designed for jet-skis and paddleboats. There are three hammock places and a swinging chaise. Day and night views of the lake and downtown
